Day after the expo and Dark souls 2
Well hello again friends, after a fantastic day at London MCM I decided to upload a post after a few days of absence. The con was great and I was able to try out a variety of new games including Dark Souls 2 which is what I was more eager to play, the game is amazing, you can pick up to four classes in the demo and each feels so different and fun to play, the difficulty is still there and the Mirror Knight boss is just the epitome of a dark souls boss as he is able to one-shot you as soon as you the pass the boss fog! Anywho long story short the game is defiantly shaping up to be a great contender for my game of the year, but as it's coming out during the year of next gen it will be a very difficult battle. For all those who went to MCM I hope you had a great time and I'll be posting soon in a couple days as I made a purchase of a new 3ds game which I am going to review. Farewell and happy gaming friends.

MCM expo
After a short break due to illness I have returned! My immune system is essentially an old man waving a stick at germs but alas in a few days the London MCM expo starts up. The expo is going on from the 25th to the 26th at the Excel the centre and to all those coming I wish you huge amounts of fun playing all the new games and reading all your favourite manga! I will be attending only Saturday but expect to see a small coverage and some pictures from the day, there may not be posts in the next couple days due to preparations for the expo and I must get my Pokemon team fully ready for some WiFi battling there :D Farewell and happy gaming.

Xbox 360 free games
Rejoice 360 players as it has come to my attention that Microsoft will be carrying n their free games every month policy indefinitely for gold members instead of ending it at the end of this year as they previously stated. So for now enjoy this months free copy of Halo 3 for that nostalgia all of us gamers crave so badly before playing the game for 5 minutes and realising it wasn't as great as you thought it was. Alas there is still no word for this free game policy on the Xbox one and only time will tell if they will give free games to their consumers, knowing Microsoft I'm really doubting it but let's hope they prove
my wrong. Farewell and happy gaming.

Next-gen early access
Uk store GAME is starting up a "lock-in" tour for people who really want to get a taste of the next gen. Customers will be able to try out both Xbox One and the PS4 in the run-up to the release. Over 60 stores will be participating check your local game for more details on the matter, this is such an amazing idea and you gotta love GAME for doing it, this surely will help their image after their crash over the last year. Good luck trying to get a go on the consoles I imagine they're gonna be pretty packed up! For now farewell and happy gaming.

Watch Dogs delayed and Pokemon greatness.
So no post for a few days, Kalos region just took its toll on my life and I have been addicted! But first things first, Ubisoft has announced a delay for its upcoming title Watch Dogs. They've stated that they had to make the tough decision to delay it until spring so that they can come in to the next gen with a bang. So we won't be seeing Watch Dogs until next year spring, quite dissapointing given the previous release date of November 22 for us in Europe.
Now on a far brighter note the new pokemon game Pokemon X and Y sold over 4 million copies within the first two days of release which as an amazing sales figure. Much as I stated in my previous post the game is amazing and looks oh so beautiful, if you buy a 3ds purely for this game alone then trust me it'll be worth the 35 hour journey you're going to be embarking on and not to mention the huge competative side of pokemon which yours truly is rather involved in (nothing too major sadly, just some local tournaments I'll be attending)
Well once again that's all for today folks. Farewell for today.

Pokemon x early
By some divine blessing I received my copy of Pokemon X today as opposed to it's street release date of the 12th of October and after a few hours with the game I thought I'd do a small review type deal on here. So first of all the game looks amazing, the new visuals are beautiful and all the Pokemon I've seen so far are delightful. The sound is as good as always, keeping its original Pokemon sound track with familiar sound track and a couple new themes here and there. The game runs well at a nice frame rate even with the 3D turned on (which was a concern of mine after seeing some Pax game play) The story so far seems like your average Pokemon affair but I've still yet to get into the main plot of the game rather than ya know "catch 'em all" For now that's all I can really say on the game, I'll be posting more tomorrow when I've gotten a few more badges, for now
I must say my goodbyes.
